IS RUNNING FOR
BOARD OF EDUCATION!
“RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS REINVENT ITSELF AND ENTER AN ERA OF MEASURABLE CHANGE!”
CLASS IS IN SESSION!
My name is Aisha Allen Stith, and I am a change maker. Full Stop! I am running for Seat 8 on the Atlanta Public School’s Board of Education.
If you are interested in continuing to tread through in the manner in which “things have always been done” — you may want to stop reading now, I am not your girl!
If you are interested in seeing our great city supported by a great school district with changes we can see and feel, keep reading!
I am a proud Atlanta Public Schools Alumna, NAHS Class of 2001! I happen to be married to a proud alum of BTW, and I am the mother of not one, not two, but three current APS students.
Needless to say, I have incredible institutional and historical knowledge of this district. I could go on and on about what I believe will lead to change but my goal for this campaign trail is to hear from as many Atlantans as possible.
There is no circle too small, no request too little for me not to want to hear directly from the people we serve, that goes for the Granny who is the guardian of her grandchildren, to the mom with four kids in private school, to the PTA dads, and to our great community stakeholders. I am here to represent each and every tax-paying (all of us!) citizen this amazing city has.
As a Board of Education member, I will bring my skills as a dedicated bridge communicator, seeking opportunities to interpret challenges with a different lens.
I want to hear from EACH AND EVERY COMMUNITY. I want to understand what parents, students, and teachers need and how I can serve those needs.
What I know for sure is, when we come together, we can make magic!
Join me in my mission by contributing today.
